DHS grads 1st class of Homeland Youth Corps.
The first graduating class is moving on for more training. Is it to be weapon training, so DHS has someone to use all those new rifles and ammo? Is this an attempt to side step the Posse Comitatus Act?

"Obama's tyrannical Executive Orders."
"Curiouser and curiouser" said Alice in her new wonderland.
In an extension of the government "War on Terrorism" and the FEMA attempt to help citizens in event of disaster these Executive orders will allow government to side step the Constitution in the event of impending disasters. Allegedly !

DHS to purchase 1.2 billion rounds of ammunition
Within the last 6 months internal government agency's have ordered 1.2 billion rounds of various anti personnel ammunition. This reporter asks; Why would such agency's as the Social Security Administration and the Internal Revenue as well as the Department of Homeland Security need such a large quantity of ammunition ? Firearm training is one thing, but when anti personnel (hollow point) rounds are ordered the hackles go up on my neck. Please Please everyone keep this in mind and monitor further news releases.

Marine arrested by FBI for Facebook post
A decorated war veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, Branden Raub,
of Richmond Virginia was arrested last night by authorities for "terroristic" comments on his Facebook page. His mother has contacted local police and FBI about his whereabouts and has thus far received denials from all party's as to his location.
This sounds to this reporter like the NDAA in action. This unconstitutional suspension of 'habis corpus' must not stand !

Through the efforts of many concerned Patriots and attorneys, the authorities have released Mr.Raub from a mental institution where they had held him, allegedly on local charges of mental incompetence issues.
However it is this reporters question; if this was indeed a local issue, just why did the FBI and DHS get involved in it?

DNR threatening pigs liberty to survive.
On orders from the Governor, the DNR began to enforce the 2010 DNR Invasive Species Order outlawing the existence of feral swine within the State of Michigan.
As of 1 April 2012 swine with 8 characteristics of ferity will be removed from existence within the state of Michigan. However by definition feral indicates wildness and not under human husbandry. Since small farmers are the low hanging fruit in this issue. The DNR agents have begun to eliminate heritage breed swine from farms within Michigan just because they look different and exhibit the physical charismatics of their now illegal feral brethren. Once this Order and DNR eugenic effort to remove all heritage breeds of swine from our state, the effect of reducing the gene pool would allow the potential possibility of a future swine pandemic wiping out all pigs from our state, except those that roam free in the wilds of Michigan, and these few are the exact ones the DNR wishes to eliminate.
Our question is; What cost? What cost to our government in DNR expenses? What cost to our farm economy and consumers? What cost to our fellow Michiganders whose livelihood has been threatened by these unconstitutional actions?

Brenda Turumen of Baraga is the fifth hog producer to file a lawsuit against the Michigan Department of Natural Resources over it's 2010 designation of certain breeds as invasive species, making it illegal to possess them.
A member of the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community, she says an 1842 treaty guaranteed Indians the right to live off the land... The suit says she and her husband developed a hairy swine breed called the "Hogan Hog" that is ideally suited for harsh Upper Peninsula winters. It has some physical characteristics of the banned swine... Turunen says the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has interfered with her shipment of Hogan Hogs to out-of-state markets and harassed her veterinarian.
Our question is; where will the Government stop with it's intrusion of our freedoms for the alleged good of all citizens, and what will the Federal Bureau of Indian Affairs do about this?

Once again another citizen is removed from sight by the local LEO thugs as he was exercising his first amendment rights of free speech and assembly.
When will this "Brown Shirt" type activity end? Will it end only when we stand up and say "Enough !" and stop it ourselves?? Our Constitution is something that should be a living document respected daily and not just a historic archive to be viewed through a protective glass.

5 TSA worker fired, 38 suspended
Once again the government has shown it really doesn't know what it is doing applying the laws it makes. (editor)
Fort Myers, Fla. ( AP 6/5/12) -- Five Transportation Security Administration workers at a southwest Florida airport have been fired and another 38 suspended after an investigation found they failed to perform random screenings last year.
The 43 disciplined workers, a combination of front-line screeners and supervisors, represent about 15 percent of the roughly 280 TSA employees at Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers.
The News-Press reported Monday that it's one of the largest disciplinary actions TSA has taken in the agency's 10 year history,
The TSA said that during a two month period last year, as many as 400 passengers who underwent routine screening at the airport never got additional random checks.
About 3.8 million passengers flew through the airport last year.
So is the TSA saying everyone should get the additional random checks? (editor)
